When Winnrz needed a hero Mini Cooper installed at Westfield Stratford City for their headline prize activation, the brief came with a few very specific requirements. The car was brand new. It needed to stay that way. And it had to be inside one of the country's busiest shopping centres - live, on display, and ready to catch the eye of every shopper walking through the centre.

The Mini was collected directly from the dealership on a trailer and transported to Westfield without ever being driven on the road. Same story on the way back. Every leg of the journey was trailered, meaning the Mini arrived at its final destination with only the miles it left the showroom with. For a competition prize where condition is everything, that mattered.
Overnight install in a live shopping centre
Installing a car inside Westfield Stratford City isn't a case of driving it in. It's an overnight operation, worked around trading hours, with full compliance to Westfield's contractor requirements. Promovan produced a full pack of health and safety documentation, Risk Assessment and Method Statement, Fire Risk Assessment, Fuel Declaration, Public Liability certification, and delivered the install in the early hours.
