What to Expect
on the Day

Lead time

We recommend booking 6 weeks ahead for branding production and site logistics - though we can move faster for urgent briefs, get in touch to check availability.

Weather

Fully operational in all UK conditions, our saunas are designed to run outdoors year-round, from festival season through to winter wellness campaigns.

Site requirements

We'll start with a site visit to assess ground conditions, access, and power as part of planning. Saunas can be positioned on hard standing, grass, or decked areas. We handle ground protection where needed.

Public sites & permissions

We've delivered to high-profile public locations including central London landmarks. We handle risk assessments and method statements and work directly with venues to get everything signed off ahead of time.

Power

Mains connection is arranged via our qualified electricians as standard. Our saunas are set up to work with a range of electrical sources.

Staffing

Experienced supervisory staff are included as standard, working discreetly behind the scenes to manage temperature, safety, and smooth running throughout the activation.
